Pricing
Home Inspections
* Our minimum fee for a comprehensive home inspection is $275.00
* Our inspection fees are determined by the size, age, ammenities, and complexity of the
home
* Please contact us for an exact, flat-rate quote and for information
regarding scheduling and availibility.
Four-Point insurance inspections
* $125.00 and up. Actual price will depend upon the specifics of a particular
home
Commercial Property Inspections
* Our inspection fee is determined by the size, age, and complexity of the building.
A competitive estimate will be given once we have completed a free, on-site evualation of the building.
Payment:
* Payment is due at time inspection services are completed and report is delivered
to customer. Personal or business checks are acceptable methods of payment. Payment by credit card is
also available.
* Payment of our inspection services at time of real estate closing is also offered
in special circumstances as a courtesy to our customers.

Home & Stucco Inspections:
* The home inspection includes a comprehensive analysis of the site conditions, building exterior,
foundation, roof, structural components, attic area including R value of insulation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems,
appliances, hot water heater, doors, windows, and other components. Testing of lawn sprinkler systems is also included
in the inspection.
* The stucco (EFIS) inspection involves performing a systematic moisture analysis of the building's
exterior cladding system using a combination of invasive and non-invasive moisture meters and electronic moisture probes.
The inspection does not involve destructive testing.
