Tom McDonough, Owner/Inspector
Tom McDonough has numerous professional memberships and certifications. In addition, Tom maintains a Florida real
estate brokers license, an accrediated claims adjuster license, and holds BA degrees from the University of South Florida
and the University of West Florida. Tom is also experienced as an expert witness (in court trials and arbitration hearings
before a judge) in matters relating to building construction.
